Pediatric dentist

About the Role:
4 Kids Dental is looking for a passionate and dedicated Pediatric Dentist to join our growing team in Hialeah, FL! This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young patients by delivering exceptional, compassionate dental care in a fun and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care including exams, cleanings, fillings, and extractions
Diagnose and treat dental conditions in infants, children, and adolescents
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for young patients
Educate patients and parents on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care
Administer local anesthesia and manage behavior guidance techniques for anxious patients
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient flow
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Requirements:
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited program
Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program
Active Florida dental license or eligibility to obtain one
Board certification or board eligibility with the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry (ABPD)
Experience with behavior management techniques including nitrous oxide sedation
Strong communication skills with children and parents of diverse backgrounds
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus in the Hialeah community
