Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) | Costa Mesa, CA

Join a well-established, privately owned dental practice in Costa Mesa with 45 years of history and a loyal team. Our practice offers a relaxed, low-stress environment with no HMO or PPO participation, allowing us to focus on quality patient care. We are looking for an experienced hygienist to join our team as our longtime hygienist retires after 38 years with the practice.

Schedule

Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
Position available beginning in February
One hour per patient

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide thorough, high-quality preventive dental care.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and periodontal health.
Maintain accurate digital patient records using Eaglesoft.
Support a positive, patient-focused experience in a calm, low-pressure environment.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of dental hygiene experience.
Strong communication and patient care skills.
Comfortable working in a paperless, digital dental office.
Back-office dental experience is a plus.
Ideally located within a 5 to 10-mile radius of the practice.

Pay & Compensation

Starting at $65 per hour, negotiable based on experience.
Hourly pay or a bonus-based compensation structure available.
