Orthodontic Assistant

We’re a fun, high-standards ortho practice dedicated to great smiles and lasting patient experiences. You’ll work chairside with Dr. Altschul — bonding and removing brackets, wires, appliances, photos/scans. It’s fast-paced and we make it look easy. It isn’t. Seeing those transformations? Worth every bit of it.

Must have: dental assisting education or experience (school counts). Ortho preferred, not required — we’ll train you, and that runway is real (often up to a year to get sharp).

Keep it real: if you bail after a tough day or just want to clock in and blend in, keep scrolling. We want people who stay, back the team, and care about patients’ confidence and health. Tight-knit TEAM — we build each other up, celebrate wins, and do outings a few times a year.

Schedule: Mon–Thu 7:20–5:10; training on Fridays. Crawfordsville most days; Brownsburg about one day a week. Travel between both is part of the deal.

Starting pay is $20 per hour, adjusted based on your experience and qualifications. Benefits: 401(k) match, PTO, healthcare reimbursement, free ortho for you/spouse/kids, childcare savings up to $2,000/year.
