You will step into an established practice with steady patient demand, a full schedule and the clinical and operational support to focus on patient care and production.

What You'll Do
• Provide comprehensive exams, diagnosis and treatment planning
• Deliver restorative dentistry, extractions and preventive care based on patient needs
• Educate patients on treatment options and long-term oral health
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants and specialists to support efficient care
• Maintain accurate clinical records and Jefferson Dental care standards

What You'll Bring
Required: • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Texas dental license or ability to obtain one
Preferred: • Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
• Comfort working in a collaborative, high-demand practice environment
