We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and detail-oriented dental hygienist to join our growing team in a full-time role within a general, single-doctor, private practice setting. In this role, you will provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care while working one patient at a time. Typical scheduling allows 1 hour for regular recall visits and 1.5 hours for two-quadrant SRP appointments, giving you the time needed to deliver thorough, high-quality care. Responsibilities include prophylaxis, periodontal screening, dental charting, oral hygiene instruction, patient education, treatment planning support, and the use of air polishing, Cavitron, ultrasonic scaling, local anesthesia, nitrous oxide monitoring, Oraqix, and Arestin therapy when appropriate. Experience with gingivitis treatment and patient recall systems is also important.

We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience, CPR certification, strong communication skills, and a gentle touch. A friendly, personable, and team-oriented attitude is essential. Laser certification is a plus, though not required; we are happy to support the right candidate in obtaining it.

We provide a professional and comfortable work environment, including disposable gowns, goggles, and nitrile gloves for PPE. Parking is available at the front and side of the building, and lunch breaks are up to 1 hour. Benefits include PTO and continuing education support.

Compensation starts at $55/hour plus a production-based bonus, and our hygienists consistently earn additional bonuses each pay period, creating the opportunity to earn well above the base rate.
