Dental Hygienist

About the Role
We are a dedicated, patient-centered dental practice committed to delivering high quality, compassionate oral health care. We are seeking a warm, skilled and detail-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing team full-time. In this role, you will provide thorough clinical care, perform periodontal therapies and cleanings, and educate patients on optimal oral hygiene habits.

What You'll Do
• Perform through dental cleanings, scaling, root planing, and periodontal maintenance.
• Conduct detailed periodontal assessments, charting and Velscope oral cancer screenings.
• Capture digital X-rays and intraoral images as needed.
• Use Dentrix software to efficiently document and track patient care and clinical charting.
• Educate patients on customized oral hygiene instructionand home-care routines.
• Maintain strict compliance with OSHA, HIPAA and office infection-control standards

What You'll Bring
Required: • Active, unencumbered New Jersey Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
• Degree from an accredited dental hygiene program.
• CPR/BLS certification current and up to date.
• Strong chairside manner and passion for patient education.
• Proficiency with Dentrix software is highly preferred to hit the ground running.
• At least 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred, though new graduates with strong technical skills are encouraged to apply.
