About the Role
Set your own schedule, and get paid regardless of production.
This is a part-time General Dentist role built around your availability. You propose the days and hours that work for you — mornings, full days, or a mix — and Saturdays are available too. Once we agree on a schedule, it's fixed so patients can be booked reliably, with room to extend your hours as your schedule grows. Pay is a guaranteed hourly rate, regardless of production or collections, so slow days don't cost you.

Day to day, you'll see a real mix of general dentistry: comprehensive exams and treatment planning, hygiene checks, preventative, restorative work, extractions, and emergency care etc.

Armani Dentures Glen Burnie Family Dentistry is an independent private practice in Glen Burnie — not a corporate office, no production quotas hanging over you. You'll have real clinical autonomy, have real say in how your days run, and step into a role designed to grow with you. You run your own cases and make your own treatment decisions, with the owner's support when you want it.

What You'll Do
• comprehensive and periodic exams, radiographs, oral cancer screenings, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• fluoride treatments, sealants, and patient education on oral hygiene
• Conduct hygiene checks and review hygiene patients during the day
• Provide restorative care, including composite fillings, crowns, and core buildups and routine root canals
• Perform extractions and routine oral surgery
• Treat emergency patients — pain, swelling, broken teeth

What You'll Bring
Required: • Maryland Dental License in good standing
• CPR BLS certification
Preferred: • DEA Registration
