We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and team-oriented Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our busy and growing specialty practice.

Our practice specializes in Endodontics, Periodontics, and Dental Implants, and we are looking for a RDA with endodontic experience.

The ideal candidate will be confident in their clinical skills, comfortable working in a fast-paced specialty environment, and able to anticipate the needs of the doctor and patients.

The Position

This is a full-time position working between our Flower Mound and Denton offices. The ability and willingness to travel between both locations is an essential part of the position.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
• Has previous dental assisting experience
• Is comfortable assisting with a variety of specialty procedures
• Works efficiently and confidently in a fast-paced environment
• Can anticipate the doctor’s needs and work well independently
• Is dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Provides exceptional patient care
• Has excellent communication skills
• Is a positive, team-oriented professional
• Is flexible and willing to work at both our Flower Mound and Denton locations
• Is CPR certified
• Has current nitrous oxide certification/qualification as required
• CareStack experience is a plus

Schedule

Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM

You should be someone who takes pride in your work, cares about providing an excellent patient experience, works well with doctors and teammates, and understands the importance of efficiency and teamwork.

Endodontic experience is a major plus, but we welcome experienced RDAs who have a strong clinical background and are interested in expanding their skills within endodontics, periodontics, and implant dentistry.
