Endodontist
Job Description
We are seeking an endodontist who is clinically driven, humble, and committed to making every patient feel informed and cared for. This role is for a confident clinician who takes ownership of treatment and outcomes while working collaboratively with referring dentists, colleagues, and the care team. You will have the opportunity to lead clinically, contribute ideas, and help create a welcoming, high-quality patient experience.
You will evaluate patients, diagnose pulpal and periapical conditions, and provide endodontic treatment based on sound clinical judgment and current standards of care. Your responsibilities may include root canal therapy, retreatment, emergency care, and other procedures within your training and scope of practice. You will explain diagnoses, treatment options, risks, and expectations in clear, compassionate language, making sure patients have the information and time they need to feel comfortable proceeding.
Great chairside manner is central to this position. You will listen carefully, respond to patient concerns with empathy, and help reduce anxiety through calm, respectful communication. You will also communicate thoughtfully with referring providers, share timely updates, and support continuity of care. A take-charge approach means anticipating needs, making considered decisions, following through, and helping the team resolve challenges—not acting alone or above feedback.
The ideal candidate brings strong clinical standards and a growth mindset. You welcome collaboration, respect the experience of others, and remain open to learning while confidently advocating for appropriate care. You will contribute to an organized, patient-centered practice by maintaining clear documentation, supporting efficient workflows, and treating each member of the team with professionalism.
This is an opportunity to build trusted relationships with patients and referral partners while making a meaningful contribution to a supportive endodontic practice. We value clinical excellence, humility, accountability, and communication, and are looking for a dentist who brings those qualities to every interaction.
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
Completion of an accredited endodontic residency program.
Current or eligible dental licensure in the state of practice.
Strong diagnostic skills and sound clinical judgment in endodontics.
Excellent chairside manner and the ability to communicate clearly with patients who may be anxious.
Professional, timely communication with referring dentists and other members of the care team.
A proactive, accountable approach to clinical decisions, patient care, and follow-through.
Humble, collaborative attitude and openness to feedback and continued learning.
Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care and accurate clinical documentation.
