Dental Assistant needed in Gahanna!

We are a growing dental practice seeking a dependable and motivated individual to support our team in a full-time role within a general and oral surgery setting. This position is ideal for someone with a positive attitude who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and values being a strong team player.

Responsibilities include assisting during a variety of dental procedures, preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, maintaining a clean and organized operatory, and supporting clinical workflow to help ensure an excellent patient experience. You will also help with patient preparation, chairside assistance, and other daily clinical duties as needed.

Applicants should have a high school education and at least 1 year of experience in a dental office or similar clinical setting. Cross-training is not required. We are looking for someone who is reliable, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team.

We offer medical insurance, PTO, time off, and holiday pay. Parking is available in the parking lot, and lunch break flexibility is provided if you choose to take one. Compensation is an hourly range of $25–$30, based on experience and qualifications.
