Job Description
We are seeking a full-time dental assistant to join a growing, patient-focused dental team that values compassion, teamwork, and quality care. This busy multi-specialty practice offers a mix of general dentistry, periodontics, oral surgery, and prosthodontics in a supportive, fast-paced environment. Our team is small, collaborative, and dedicated to making every patient feel comfortable and cared for.
The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, and eager to contribute to a positive office culture. Responsibilities include chairside assistance, four-handed dentistry, patient charting, dental charting, radiology, sterilization, infection control, and helping with restorative procedures. Additional duties may include scheduling, taking and pouring impressions, alginate impressions, nitrous oxide monitoring, oral hygiene instruction, patient education, treatment planning, and whitening tray fabrication. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
We are looking for someone with a high school education and a strong interest in dentistry. Prior experience with dental terminology, sterile procedures, irrigation agents, and hands-on clinical support is preferred. Comfort working in a PPO and private practice setting is a plus.
We provide appropriate PPE, including disposable gowns, goggles, latex gloves, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. If you enjoy working with people and want to grow with a supportive team that truly values your skills and personality, this could be the right fit for you.
