Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, compassionate general dentist to join our growing dental practice on a full-time basis. This opportunity is ideal for a clinician who values high-quality care, strong patient relationships, and a collaborative team environment. Our practice serves a diverse mix of general, PPO, and private patients, and we are committed to delivering a positive experience at every visit.
What sets our practice apart is our commitment to three core pillars: trust, communication, and technology. We believe great dentistry starts with honest, consistent relationships built on accountability and respect. Our team works closely together, sharing information and supporting one another so that every patient receives seamless care. We also invest in advanced dental technology and seek team members who are eager to learn, confidently explain treatment options, and help patients understand the value of modern dentistry.
The ideal candidate brings at least five years of experience and a strong clinical foundation in comprehensive care. We are looking for someone skilled in treatment planning, composite restorations, cosmetic dentistry, implant restoration, surgical extractions, Invisalign, Zoom whitening, Arestin therapy, pit and fissure sealants, sleep apnea-related care, and care for special needs patients. Experience with digital X-rays, intraoral cameras, iTero, patient education, patient records, dental charting, sterile procedures, and vital signs monitoring is highly valued. A current CPR certification is also required.
In addition to clinical expertise, we are seeking a professional who demonstrates excellent communication, teamwork, accountability, and attention to detail. The right individual will be comfortable working collaboratively with both front and back office team members, supporting efficient scheduling and smooth patient flow, and contributing to a positive workplace culture. Familiarity with dental terminology, computer systems, appointment coordination, and multitasking is important.
We provide a safe and well-equipped environment with disposable gowns, nitrile gloves, and regular masks available for staff use. Parking is available in a lot for added convenience.
If you believe in teamwork, excellent patient care, and growing together, we want to hear from you. Salary range: $18–$24 per hour.
