About the Role
Compensation: $800 per day or 30% of collections, whichever is greater.

Established, PPO-based general dental practice in Milford, CT is seeking a part-time general dentist for Fridays, 1 day per week. Our schedule is already full, with a steady flow of new patients, including referrals from a nearby retiring dentist. This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist looking for one consistent day per week, with room to build their own treatment schedule over time.

Role — additive Friday model: New-patient comprehensive exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning; Restorative dentistry as your treatment schedule fills; Work alongside the owner-doctor, who continues to see his own patients — you are not replacing a day, you are adding capacity.

Requirements: DDS/DMD, active Connecticut dental license (or eligible); DEA and malpractice coverage (or eligible); Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach; Experience with PPO-based general dentistry preferred; New graduates welcome to apply.

Schedule: Fridays only, 1 day per week, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with a 45-minute break.
