Holistic Dental Wellness is a well-established, family-owned dental practice serving Long Island since 1993. We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and career-focused Associate Dentist to join our growing practice in Smithtown, New York.

Our practice combines advanced restorative and surgical dentistry with a holistic, whole-body approach to patient care. We are a 100% fee-for-service practice with an established patient base and a commitment to providing exceptional, individualized dental care.

Our state-of-the-art dental office was newly constructed in 2022, with an emphasis on creating one of the safest, healthiest, and most comfortable clinical environments possible for both patients and team members.

We offer an opportunity to begin on a part-time basis, with the potential to transition into a full-time position. For the right candidate, there is also the possibility of future partnership or practice ownership.

Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will:

Have a minimum of two years of clinical dental experience.
Be technically proficient in restorative and general dentistry.
Demonstrate genuine compassion, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
Be open-minded, motivated, and committed to continued professional growth.
Have an interest in biological, holistic, and integrative dentistry.
Be willing to participate in continuing education, courses, and professional development in holistic dental approaches.
