Universal Dental Clinic

We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and professional front office team member to support the daily operations of a busy general dental practice. This full-time position is ideal for someone with a high school education and at least 1 year of front office experience in a dental setting.

As part of our team, you will be the first point of contact for patients and play an important role in creating a welcoming and organized environment. Responsibilities include greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, handling patient records, processing payments, and assisting with general administrative duties. Experience with Dentrix is required, as you will use it regularly for scheduling and patient account management.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to communicate clearly and professionally with both patients and team members. Strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office are essential.

This full-time position includes a 1-hour lunch break and offers competitive pay. If you enjoy working in a patient-focused environment and have the skills to help keep the front office running smoothly, this could be a great opportunity to join Universal Dental Clinic.
