Dental Assistant

We are a dynamic, private dental practice serving a diverse patient base in general and multi-specialty care, with PPO and private insurance plans. Our close-knit team of 13 dedicated professionals and two skilled doctors works together like one big family, and we are excited to welcome a new team member to our state-of-the-art office with advanced technology and a modern environment.

We are seeking a full-time dental assistant with at least 1 year of experience who enjoys being part of a supportive, fast-paced team. The ideal candidate is a people person, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to a positive patient experience every day. We have two office locations in Key Largo, FL and Tavernier, FL Cross-training is helpful, but not required. We value team players who are reliable, friendly, and adaptable, with a strong willingness to grow in a professional dental setting.

Responsibilities include assisting the doctor chairside, preparing treatment rooms, supporting patient care, maintaining clinical organization, and helping ensure smooth daily operations. A high school education is preferred.

We offer PTO, vacation pay, and health insurance. Compensation is $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience.
