Pediatric/ Orthodontic Dental Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly, professional front office team member to join our established pediatric and orthodontic dental practice. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a team-focused, upbeat environment and has a passion for helping children and families feel comfortable in the dental office.

Our office is fully digital and designed to make every visit positive and efficient. We use Curve and Ortho Edge scheduling software, and our team works with modern equipment in a state-of-the-art setting. You will support the front office with daily administrative tasks, patient communication, insurance-related duties, and general office coordination.

We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience, strong computer skills, excellent communication skills, dental knowledge, insurance knowledge, and a self-motivated attitude. A high school education is required.

Benefits include PTO, sick time for full-time employees, and medical insurance. Parking is available in a lot for added convenience. PPE provided includes disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks.

The schedule includes a 1-hour lunch during the school calendar and a 30-minute lunch in the summer. Hourly pay starts at $23–$25, depending on experience. We are looking to hire immediately and welcome fun, friendly professionals to join our team.
