Dental Hygienist

About the Role
We are growing our hygiene program and looking for a part-time Dental Hygienist (Wednesdays and Thursdays to start) with a clear path to full-time as the schedule grows. Pay is $45-$55/hour based on experience. The doctor administers local anesthesia for your patients, so no anesthesia permit is required and new grads are welcome. We are mainly out-of-network, so treatment is driven by what the patient needs, not insurance limits, and our care is conservative and prevention-focused with honest, no-pressure patient communication. What You'll Do
• Key Responsibilities and Expectations: • Provide exceptional clinical care, including dental prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and patient education. • Partner with the team to successfully build, manage, and retain your patient schedule. • Maintain accurate patient charts and comply with all OSHA, HIPAA, and safety regulations.
• Initial Schedule: Wednesdays and Thursdays, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM • Schedule Growth: Opportunity to expand your hours to include Fridays from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM as we actively work together to build your patient list.
