Our team’s experience includes more than 40,000 periodontal surgeries and 12,000 dental implants . We’ve built lasting relationships with patients and referring doctors, and we’re looking for a periodontist who wants to build on that foundation.

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school

Certificate from an accredited periodontics residency program

Eligibility for Wisconsin dental licensure
