Other requirements: Massachusetts license or qualify for licensure by credentials; if not, practice will assist (including payment of fees) candidate in obtaining MA license; a graduate of an accredited dental school and endodontic graduate program. Board certification is preferred; if not, practice will assist (including payment of fees, review courses, etc.) in obtaining Diplomate status.
