Pediatric Dental Associate Opportunity in Florida

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Dental Associate to join our amazing team! We are a private practice with no corporate backing or affiliation. We have three locations located in Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch and Parrish, Florida. We offer the full scope of pediatric dental services including in-office IV sedation with Pediatric Dental Anesthesia Associates. We also have a Light Scalpel soft tissue laser on site for use.
We are looking for a full time provider and offer excellent earning potential. Our area is continuing to expand both residentially and commercially. We can provide an excellent work environment, state of the art facilities, veteran staff and a busy schedule with high new patient flow.
Bradenton/Lakewood Ranch/Parrish are minutes from some of the most beautiful beaches and in the state. We are less than an hour from multiple airports as well as two hours from Disney.

   DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
   Active, unrestricted dental license in the state where the practice operates, or eligibility to obtain one.
   Completion of a pediatric dentistry residency.
   Current CPR/BLS certification and any additional certifications required by applicable regulations.
   Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and caregivers.
   Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and commitment to accurate documentation and patient safety.
   Ability to work collaboratively with dental assistants, hygienists, and other members of the care team.
   Knowledge of applicable infection-control standards, professional ethics, and dental practice regulations.
   Will be offered a daily guarantee as well as a % of adjusted production.
