Join Our Team!
Oasis Springs Dental is seeking an experienced, dependable, and personable Registered Dental Assistant to join our growing practice!
We offer a great opportunity to work alongside a dentist who performs a wide variety of procedures, including general and restorative dentistry, oral surgery, implant dentistry, sedation, orthodontics, endodontics, and more.
We're looking for someone with a strong clinical foundation who takes pride in providing excellent patient care, communicates well, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.
This is not an entry-level position. Candidates should have solid hands-on chairside assisting experience and be comfortable assisting with routine general and restorative procedures. Experience with additional procedures is highly valued, but you don't need to know everything we do. We welcome someone who brings a strong foundation and is eager to continue learning.
What Makes Our Practice Special
We genuinely enjoy working together! Our team values kindness, mutual respect, open communication, and helping one another succeed. We take pride in the positive working relationships we've built and the supportive environment we create for our patients and each other.
We're looking for someone who shares these values, enjoys collaborating with coworkers, and contributes to a workplace where everyone feels respected, appreciated, and supported.
Clinical Experience
We are especially interested in candidates with experience in several of the following areas:
- General & Restorative Dentistry: Composite restorations, crown and bridge procedures, temporary restorations, impressions, and routine restorative treatment.
- Oral Surgery: Simple and surgical extractions, third molar extractions, surgical setup, instrument management, and postoperative patient care.
- Implant Dentistry: Implant placement and restoration, implant-supported dentures, overdentures, and full-arch implant procedures.
- Sedation Dentistry: Assisting with oral and IV sedation procedures, patient preparation, equipment setup, and monitoring and recovery support within applicable regulations and qualifications.
- Digital Dentistry: CEREC same-day crowns, digital impressions, intraoral scanning, and CAD/CAM workflows.
- Orthodontics: Traditional braces, clear aligner therapy, orthodontic records, impressions or scans, and assisting with orthodontic procedures.
- Endodontics: Root canal procedures, rubber dam isolation, endodontic instrumentation, and associated chairside assisting.
- Prosthodontics: Complete and partial dentures, immediate dentures, implant-retained prosthetics, and related procedures.
Experience in every specialty is not required. We value candidates with a strong foundation in general dentistry, experience across multiple procedures, and a willingness to expand their skills.
