• Location: Milpitas, CA
• Pay Rate: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour (depending on experience)
• Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday (Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Position Type: Full-Time

About Our Practice: We are a modern, patient-centered dental practice located in Milpitas, CA. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional dental care in a warm, welcoming environment. We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and friendly Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our clinical team.Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Assistance: Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of treatment procedures with high efficiency.
• Digital Scanning: Perform high-quality digital impressions using the iTero scanner.
• Imaging: Take clear intraoral pictures and digital X-rays.
• Lab Work: Fabricate and place high-quality temporary crowns.
• Patient Care: Welcome patients, review health histories, and ensure they feel comfortable and safe throughout their visit.
• Sterilization: Prepare, clean, and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments according to OSHA and infection control guidelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2 yearsof hands-on dental assisting experience is required.
• Licensure: Active California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license.
• Availability: Must be fully available to work Tuesday through Saturday.
• Software Skills: Proficiency with Eaglesoft software is highly preferred.
• Certifications: Current X-ray certification and BLS/CPR certification.
