Job Description

Dental Hygienist — Assisted Hygiene | Strong Hourly Pay + Bonuses

You take pride in your clinical skills. Your paycheck should reflect the value you bring.

Superior Dental Health is looking for a caring, motivated Dental Hygienist who wants to deliver excellent care, work with an assistant, and increase their earnings through a clear bonus structure.

We offer a competitive hourly rate plus a bonus for every patient you see beyond eight in a day. You have the security of hourly pay and the opportunity to earn more as you contribute more.

Our assisted hygiene model provides support with the work surrounding patient care, allowing you to focus your clinical skills on your patients. We’re looking for someone who enjoys teamwork, takes ownership of their schedule, and wants to build a rewarding career.

Our goal is for you to succeed clinically and financially while providing care you’re proud of.

A Career Built Around Care, Respect, and Opportunity

Our mission is Improving Lives, Serving Others. That starts with helping patients feel heard, informed, and comfortable—and giving our clinicians the respect and support they need to do their best work.

We value your clinical judgment, welcome your ideas, and want you to take an active role in improving our patients’ oral health. Clinical recommendations should always reflect each patient’s needs.

What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly pay
  • A bonus for every patient seen beyond eight per day
  • An assisted hygiene model that supports teamwork and an efficient workday
  • 401(k) with up to a 3.5% employer match
  • Health insurance with 50% employer coverage
  • Paid time off
  • Continuing education opportunities
  • Mentorship, if desired
  • A team that respects your skills and celebrates your success

Your Role

  • Provide thorough preventive and periodontal care tailored to each patient’s needs.
  • Educate patients about their oral health, treatment options, and home care.
  • Gather and document patient histories, clinical findings, and treatment information.
  • Collaborate with the dentist and your hygiene assistant to deliver organized, attentive care.
  • Build trusting relationships through compassionate, clear communication.
  • Take ownership of your schedule and help patients arrange their next visit.
  • Maintain infection-control standards and contribute to a positive, productive workday.

Who Will Thrive Here

You enjoy helping patients, working with an assistant, and having the opportunity to earn more through your contribution. You take ownership of your work and bring a positive, team-first attitude.

Our schedule changes daily, so flexibility is essential. You’re comfortable adjusting to changes in appointment timing, patient needs, and patient volume. You communicate well with your assistant and teammates to keep the day running smoothly while maintaining thorough, personalized care.

We’re looking for:

  • A degree in Dental Hygiene and an active Nebraska dental hygiene license by your start date
  • A commitment to patient care, ethics, and integrity
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Initiative, accountability, and a willingness to learn
  • An interest in assisted hygiene and performance-based earning opportunities

Our core values guide our work: Patient Focused, Team Player, Positive Attitude, Willing to Learn, and Committed.

Experienced hygienists and new graduates are welcome. We’re happy to discuss mentorship and how our assisted hygiene model works.
