Registered Dental Hygienist

Part-Time Dental Hygienist, TruSmile Dentistry (San Antonio)

Pay: $42–$50 per hour, based on experience and communication skills

TruSmile Dentistry is a well-established private practice that is growing. We’re looking for a part-time hygienist who loves patient care and wants to work somewhere that feels good to come to every day.

Why you’ll like it here

• Time with your patients. Recall and perio maintenance appointments are 60 minutes, and new patients are 90 minutes. You won’t be rushed, and you’ll have time to educate patients and build real relationships with them.
• A drama-free team. Our coworkers are helpful, pitch in for each other, and are kind to each other and our patients.
• Flexible schedule. We need 3 days per week, and we could go up to 4 or 5 days for the right person. Our ideal schedule is Tuesday and Wednesday, plus some Mondays or Fridays.
• Great hours. We’re open Mon/Wed 8–5, Tue/Thu 7–4, and every other Friday 8–2. You’ll have no late evenings.

What you’ll do
You’ll provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, educate patients and advocate for their oral health, and work alongside a supportive team.

• A desire to keep learning
• iTero and Eaglesoft experience is a plus
