Registered Dental Hygienist

Brilliant Smiles Family Dentistry is looking for a friendly, compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team 2–3 days per week!

We are an established, privately owned, one-doctor family practice that believes great dentistry starts with great relationships. We take pride in creating a welcoming environment for both our patients and our team, and we're looking for someone who shares that same philosophy.

We believe our hygienists play an important role in helping patients achieve better overall health. Our practice emphasizes periodontal health, prevention, patient education, and the connection between oral health and overall wellness. You'll have the time, technology, and team support you need to provide thoughtful, individualized care.

Some of the things you’ll love about our office:

• $42-$45/hour, based on experience
• 2–3 days per week
• Paid holidays after one year
• Paid sick time after 90 days
• Paid vacation: 1 week after one year, increasing to 2 weeks after three years

• Licensed as a MI RDH (required)
