Registered Dental Hygienist

JOB LOCATION: NAPA

Dental Hygienist (RDH) | $80–$90 per Hour

Vineyard Dental Spa | Napa, California

4 Days per Week (Wednesdays off)

Vineyard Dental Spa is seeking a skilled, personable dental hygienist who values excellent patient care, clear communication, and strong teamwork.

The position:

Our assisted hygiene model pairs you with a dedicated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA). You will see approximately 14 patients during an 8 hour day, with the assistance of an RDA. This patient count does not apply to days with SRP appointments.

Compensation and benefits:

• $85–$90 per hour
• A complete benefits package, including paid time off, paid holidays, a 401(k) retirement plan, and profit sharing
• A 4 day workweek (Wednesdays off)

Who we’re looking for:

• An active California RDH license
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with patients
• A collaborative approach and the ability to work in sync with team members
• Strong clinical judgment, ethical practice, and a commitment to individualized care
• Confidence with patient education, periodontal care, and an assisted hygiene schedule
