Great Pay & Earning Potential
$40 - $45 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.$5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible full-time and part-time hygienists!Profit-sharing opportunities in addition to your regular compensation.401(k) with company match, subject to plan eligibility.

Multiple schedule options available for full and part time positions.

Responsibilities:

Perform thorough dental cleanings to maintain patients’ oral health.
Conduct comprehensive periodontal assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
Take and develop digital X-rays, utilizing modern imaging technology for precise diagnostics.
Document patient information and treatment plans accurately in Open Dental Software.
Assist with patient comfort and address any concerns or questions they may have.
Collaborate with the dentist and other team members to provide optimal patient care.
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Qualifications:

Valid Dental Hygienist license in New York State.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited institution.
Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, patient-focused attitude.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
Proficient in using dental software and technology.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Preventive dental approach with a focus on the link between oral health and overall systemic wellness.

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus!
Newly hired Registered Dental Hygienists in regular full-time or part-time positions are eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid in three installments:
$1,000 after successfully completing 90 days, $1,500 at 6 months, and $2,500 at one year of employment.
Candidates must hold an active New York State Dental Hygienist license and meet all employment requirements.

Part Time Hours:
Monday: 7:30am - 5:00pm
Tuesday: 7:30am - 5:00pm
Wednesday: 7:30am - 5:00pm
Thursday: 7:30am - 2:00pm
Friday: Office Closed
