We’re looking for a friendly, outgoing, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team and support our General Dentist in a busy PPO and fee-for-service practice.

We are a brand-new dental practice with our Grand Opening scheduled for January 2027! We are incredibly excited to bring exceptional dental care to the St. Augustine Shores community and are looking for amazing team members who want to help us build and grow our practice from the ground up.

This is a wonderful opportunity to join an exciting new team, help establish a positive office culture, and build lasting relationships with our patients and the community.

What You'll Do

• Assist the General Dentist during procedures.
• Take dental X-rays.
• Pack cord and assist with restorative procedures.
• Take temporary impressions.
• Place temporary crowns.
• Maintain and organize dental supplies and inventory.
• Help create a welcoming and comfortable experience for our patients.

What We're Looking For

• Dental assisting experience required.
• Comfortable taking X-rays and assisting with restorative procedures.
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• A true team player who enjoys working with patients and coworkers.
• Someone who is excited to grow with a new practice!

Schedule

Full-Time

Compensation

$22–$25 per hour, based on experience.
