Dental Assistant

My Dental Assistant of 10+ years will be retiring. I am looking to hire an experienced Dental Assistant to join our team. Ideally a CDA.

We have a small team and we take pride in our positive and supportive culture. Our vision is to cultivate connection, healthy relationships, and balance through excellence, empathy, compassion, and professionalism.

We work 3 clinical days a week (M, T, W), which provides a healthy work/life balance allowing us to have good energy for our patients and team.

Our schedule is patient centered. It is important for us to allow enough time to be present for our patients and do the best work that we can.

Hours are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 7:30 am to 5 pm, with lunch at 12 noon for an hour.

We also take off 8-10 weeks per year and provide time off with pay for up to 6 weeks. If you value work-life balance, then this may be a good fit for you.
