The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care while assisting the orthodontist during various procedures. This position requires a strong understanding of dental terminology and the ability to work effectively with patients of all ages.

Duties

• Assist the orthodontist during patient examinations and procedures (bonding braces/Invisalign attachments, braces adjustments, braces removal) ensuring a smooth workflow.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment following aseptic techniques.
• Take orthodontic records such as iTero Scanning, Images, and X-rays as needed for diagnostic purposes.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Cloud 9 Software
• Collaborate with the team to provide high-quality customer care in a friendly environment.

Skills
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:

• Proficient in dental/orthodontic terminology.
• Excellent customer service.
• Competence in X-ray procedures and safety protocols.
• iTero scanning
• Strong background in dental /orthodontic assisting techniques.
• Knowledge of aseptic technique to ensure patient safety.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English
