What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional chairside assisting, supporting providers in a seamless and efficient clinical flow
• Build strong, trusting relationships with patients, helping them feel comfortable, informed, and cared for
• Take high-quality digital X-rays and continuously improve clinical skills
• Provide excellent chairside support, including suctioning and patient management
• Handle all equipment with care, accountability, and ownership
• Support daily opening and closing procedures to ensure the practice runs smoothly
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control and sterilization protocols, including:
• Sterilizer operation and monitoring
• Routine spore testing
• Keeping ultrasonic and sterilization areas clean, organized, and efficient

• Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

• Continuous Dental Assisting: 3 years (Required)
• continuous chairside: 3 years (Required)

Language:

• English Fluently (Required)

License/Certification:

• X-Ray Certification (Required)
• Massachusetts Registered Dental Assistant (Required)
