Our Hiring Process – An Important Part of Finding the Right Fit:
We believe the best way to determine whether someone is the right fit is to experience working together firsthand.
As part of our hiring process, all prospective candidates are required to complete an in-person, paid working assessment. During this assessment, you will work alongside Dr. Brittany in our clinical setting so we can evaluate your chairside skills, clinical knowledge, ability to anticipate the doctor's needs, communication, and overall working compatibility.
This also gives you the opportunity to experience our practice, meet the team, and determine whether Pearly White Dentistry is the right fit for you.
We believe this is an important step in making the right long-term decision for both the candidate and our practice.
Why Pearly White Dentistry?
We believe exceptional dentistry starts with an exceptional team. Our practice is built around providing personalized care, educating patients, building trust, and creating an experience that goes above and beyond the ordinary dental visit.
We value clinical excellence, accountability, teamwork, and a genuine commitment to our patients. We want team members who take pride in what they do and are excited to grow with us.
Are you passionate about dentistry, enjoy being part of a great team, and want to continue growing your skills? We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible!
