Dentist non-compete rules in Illinois

Illinois allows a non-compete only for employees earning at least $75,000 a year (2026; $80,000 from 2027) and a non-solicit only above $45,000, with 14 days' advance notice and a chance to consult counsel; courts weigh reasonableness closely.
