How Ohio treats the clauseEnforced if reasonable
Ohio enforces non-competes that are reasonable in time, area and scope, and courts may modify an overbroad clause to a reasonable one rather than void it. Dental clauses of 5-15 miles and 1-2 years are commonly upheld.
