How Tennessee treats the clauseEnforced with statutory limits
Tennessee caps healthcare-provider non-competes, and dentists are covered: at most two years, and a radius no larger than the greater of ten miles from the primary practice site or the county it sits in. A 25-mile clause would exceed the cap.
