Dentist non-compete rules in Washington
Washington enforces non-competes only above an inflation-adjusted income threshold and presumes anything over 18 months unreasonable. From 30 June 2027 all non-competition covenants are void regardless of when they were entered into (ESHB 1155, 2026), with no different rule for healthcare providers.
