Wyoming voids most employee non-competes entered into on or after 1 July 2025, with exceptions for the sale of a business, trade-secret protection, recovery of training costs, and executive or management personnel. A separate provision voids non-competes between physicians that restrict the right to practise medicine, with no executive exception; dentists fall under the general rule.
