Dental Assistant

Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and passionate about patient care, with the ability to thrive in a growing clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities: Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment in accordance with OSHA and CDC guidelines Take dental radiographs (X-rays) Prepare patients for treatment and ensure their comfort throughout procedures Maintain accurate patient records and charting Manage operatory setup and breakdown between patients Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Support front office duties as needed

Qualifications: Prior experience as a Dental Assistant preferred (minimum 2 years recommended) Dental Assistant certification as required by state regulations Radiology certification (required) Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instruments Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail Proficiency with dental software systems is a plus
