Experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator – Join Our Team at Calm Smiles Houston
Calm Smiles Houston is looking for an experienced, motivated, and patient-focused Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our growing dental team. We are seeking someone who is confident in patient communication, treatment presentation, insurance coordination, and helping patients move forward with the dental care they need.

Responsibilities Present dental treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients Help patients understand the importance and value of recommended treatment Coordinate patient scheduling and follow-up for pending treatment Verify insurance benefits and provide accurate breakdowns Submit and follow up on insurance claims efficiently Manage patient accounts, billing, and payment arrangements Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in Open Dental Track office KPIs and help improve case acceptance and office efficiency Communicate professionally with patients, insurance companies, and team members Support front office operations and maintain a positive patient experience
Requirements Previous experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or Front Office Coordinator required - 2yrs min Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and claims processing Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements -care credit, cherry, sunbit etc Knowledge of Open Dental software - preferred Understanding of dental office KPIs and production/collection goals preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently Friendly, professional, and patient-focused personality Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
