Job Description
Looking for ENTRY level mature reliable person from the Triple Cities area with little or no dental or medical office experience needed but proof of at least one year of employee history an d experience. We will train the right person for a rewarding long term career in dentistry/medicine.
Full time Tuesday through Friday 8am to 3:00 pm No nights, weekends, or holidays. Mondays can be offered too after orientation program and training is progressing.
Candidate must be able to multitask and willing to follow and learn both written and verbal training instructions.
This job entails both patient care , front desk patient interaction by phone and in office and team interaction to provide a pleasant experience for patient and staff.
Our private Periodontal specialty practice requires the staff to clean both patient rooms and the entire office on a daily basis for proper patient care.
We are a team office and all of our jobs include everything and anything needed to get the job done.
Starting salary $30.00 to $35.00 per hour. No additional benefits for one year except those that are listed.

Summary
As a Dental Assistant/Medical Assistant, you will be integral to providing high-quality patient care in both dental and medical settings. Reporting to the lead dentist or physician, your core skills in chairside assisting, dental terminology, and aseptic technique will ensure efficient procedures. Your premium skills with our recording systems and radiographic skills will enhance patient management and safety. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with patients and team members, while your relevant knowledge in medical documentation and recording will support comprehensive care delivery.

Responsibilities
Assist dentists during various procedures by providing chairside support and managing instruments. Utilize dental terminology to effectively communicate with patients and staff. Perform tasks such as developing X-rays, maintaining patient records, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Prepare and sterilize dental instruments as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while fostering effective communication with the dental team.
