This position requires a strong understanding of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and patient assessment techniques. The Dental Hygienist will work closely with dentist and other staff members to deliver exceptional care in a friendly and professional environment.

Duties

• Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and periodontal therapy for patients.
• Comfortable in administering anesthetic when needed.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and the importance of regular dental visits.
• Ensure adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols within the dental clinic.
• Collaborate with the dental team to provide a seamless patient experience from check-in to treatment completion.
• Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and best practices.

Requirements

• Valid Dental Hygienist license.
• Experience with Dentrix software preferred.
• Strong understanding of anatomy knowledge related to oral health.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and education.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining professionalism at all times.
