Studio Dental NY is a boutique, patient-centered dental practice focused on minimally invasive, esthetic dentistry and delivering an elevated patient experience. We are modern, calm, and detail-oriented—not a corporate dental office.

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Dental Office Manager to lead daily operations, support patient flow, and help our practice continue to grow with excellence and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily office operations and patient flow
• Manage doctor and hygiene schedules
• Support treatment coordination and follow-ups
• Verify insurance and clearly communicate coverage, fees, and treatment plans
• Maintain recare, confirmations, and patient communication systems
• Support and lead front desk and clinical coordination
• Ensure a smooth, high-end patient experience
