Lead day-to-day specialty office operations Coordinate perio, implant, and surgical workflows Manage treatment plans, case acceptance, and patient follow-up Support front office + clinical team alignment Maintain exceptional patient experience from consult to surgery Coach, support, and develop team members Collaborate closely with doctors and leadership to improve performance and efficiency Qualifications

2+ years of dental management or leadership experience required Perio or specialty dental experience required Implant and surgical case coordination experience required Strong treatment planning and patient communication skills Strong leadership, organization, and operational mindset Experience with NextGen or similar EMR systems preferred Ambulatory Surgical Center or hospital experience preferred Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus Benefits & Perks
