Front Desk Office Coordinator

Principal Responsibilities and Duties
Patient Interaction: Professionally answer phones, assist patients with scheduling, and create accurate patient accounts. Administrative Support: Check patients in, post payments, and support treatment plan conversion with efficiency and attention to detail. Surgery Coordination: Assist in scheduling surgeries and ensure all required preparations are completed. Team Collaboration: Partner with clinical and administrative team members to ensure a seamless and positive patient experience. Versatility and Growth: Adapt to evolving responsibilities while actively seeking opportunities to learn and grow within the practice. Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required Prior oral surgery, dental, or medical experience preferred Strong administrative and organizational skills with a track record of success Ability to multitask and take initiative in a fast-paced environment Exceptional customer service skills with a patient-first mindset Strong verbal and written communication skills Positive attitude with the ability to influence patients, team members, and referring offices Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed About US Oral Surgery Management (USOSM)
