Job Description

Patient Care Coordinator (PCC)

Position Summary The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for creating an exceptional patient experience while helping patients understand, schedule, and complete recommended treatment. This role combines patient relationship-building, treatment coordination, financial discussions, and schedule management to support both patient care and office growth.

We are a very reliable team. 1-2 times a year call out if even that. If you don’t fit this, please continue looking. Just don’t want to waste anyone’s time

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Present treatment plans and discuss financial options.
  • Follow up on unscheduled treatment and patient concerns.
  • Schedule appointments efficiently to maximize productivity.
  • Verify insurance benefits and explain patient financial responsibilities.
  • Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Work closely with the doctor and clinical team to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Contribute to a positive, supportive, and team-oriented office culture.

Qualifications

  • Dental office experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable discussing treatment and finances.
  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
  • Positive attitude with a passion for helping patients.
