Dental Front Office

We are looking for a Front Desk Scheduler for our Prosthodontics practice.

Core Competencies:

• Minimum of 1-year dental assisting experience • CPR Certification • Prior knowledge of Open Dental software is a plus, but not required as we will provide training.

Essential Functions:

• Excellent phone answering/communication skills (You are the 1st impression of our team!) • Impeccable organization for record keeping • A willingness to be flexible and accommodating for patients • Consistent in cleanliness, timeliness and service *Bilingual not required but would be a plus
