Treatment Coordinator / Patient Care Coordinator Adonia Dentistry – Houston Heights, TX
Compensation: $23–$26 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Full-time or Part-time Considered

As our practice continues to grow, we are looking for a Treatment Coordinator who is passionate about helping patients move forward with the dental care they need.
Position Overview
The Treatment Coordinator plays a key role in helping patients understand their treatment plans, reviewing financial options, scheduling treatment, and ensuring an outstanding patient experience from start to finish.
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, confident discussing finances, and motivated by helping patients improve their oral health.
Responsibilities
- Present and explain treatment plans in a clear and compassionate manner
- Review insurance benefits and patient financial responsibilities
- Discuss financing options, including third-party financing programs
- Schedule treatment appointments efficiently to maximize doctor and hygiene schedules
- Follow up with patients who have unscheduled treatment
- Track treatment acceptance and reactivation opportunities
- Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care
- Answer phones and assist with front office duties as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in Dentrix
- Help create an exceptional patient experience that encourages referrals and long-term relationships
Qualifications
- Dental office experience preferred
- Treatment presentation experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of dental insurance and PPO plans
- Experience with Dentrix is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Comfortable discussing financial arrangements and collecting payments
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment
