What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting the orthodontist during a variety of procedures
• Explaining treatments to patients with warmth and clarity
• Taking x-rays, photos, and scans with a smile
• Managing patient flow and helping keep the schedule running smoothly
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and cheerful treatment area
• Supporting patient comfort and education throughout their visit
• Jumping in wherever needed—because you're that kind of team player

What You Bring to the Table:

• Experience as an Orthodontic or Dental Assistant (a plus, but not required—we can train the right person!)
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
• A desire to make every patient experience a great one
• Ability to multitask and pivot easily throughout the day
• A good sense of humor and the ability to laugh with your team
