Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our elite team. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. This role involves assisting in surgical and restorative procedures, supporting biologic treatment protocols, and ensuring a seamless experience for our patients from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Chairside assisting for advanced periodontal, surgical, restorative, and cosmetic procedures, including zirconia implant placement, LANAP®, and biologic protocols. Maintain impeccable operatory and instrument sterilization standards. Prepare treatment rooms with precision for scheduled procedures. Support digital workflow, including imaging (CBCT, digital scans, intraoral photography). Provide outstanding patient communication and comfort before, during, and after procedures. Manage inventory of biologic and surgical materials. Collaborate closely with specialists, hygienists, and administrative team members.
